At Prende Clinics, all payments are accepted in cash only. Due to the nature of our services and the preparation required for each appointment, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.
 

Once a service has been booked or provided, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued. Clients are encouraged to ask any questions and ensure full understanding of the treatment before proceeding.
