Refund Policy

Payments at Prende Clinics are accepted in cash.

Please give at least 24 hours (1 day) notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

For cancellations with at least 24 hours notice, contact the clinic to arrange the cancellation and discuss any payment already made. Payments for treatments already provided are non-refundable.
